Throughout the process of taking photographs of food I took in consideration the seven tips of food photography that was presented in class. I decided to make a “story” out of baking brownies. I tried to implement shooting with sidelight and used multiple angles. I also tried adding “props” to the background but I soon realized I prefer that the frame of the photo to be centered on the food and not the whole background. The overall experience of taking photographs of food was stressful because it was the first time I experiment with it, however, I’ll continue to work on it and challenge myself.

Yummy. I really like how you did this project. The whisk with the white backdrop is really cool I almost wish the little black spot on the right top corner wasn’t there but over all I like that images as well as the finished product of the yummy brownies and now I want to go cool some lol.

Hey Rosa, I love these photos! The lighting that was presented really allowed the colors and textures to pop out from the brownies, looks amazing.
