Cindy Sherman is an American photographer/artist whose work consists exclusively of photographic self-portraits. She puts herself in many different contexts and various imagined characters. She photographs herself as the model therefore it can be difficult yet she did it with a lot of creativity. I found myself intrigued by her because of her fascination with horror films (I love horror films as well). Her thought process for what she does is unbelievable in general. She finds things that are interesting to her and uses them for props.
