LA Originals Documentary

This week we watched a documentary called LA Originals on Netflix. Photographer/Filmmaker Estevan Oriol and artist Mister Cartoon are best friends since the beginning of the documentary if you knew one then you know the other. They use their Chicano roots to make art in several different ways. It was a different approach that changed how people see art. It was inspiring to see Latinos succeed through the art world. The documentary not only explores the evolution of both Estevan Oriol and Mister Cartoon but also the evolution of art and photography.
