Today my class and I took a field trip to explore and photograph Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve. For this outdoor photoshoot light was a key element. Looking for light and texture was easy to find throughout the forest. My classmates and I used natural light but also manipulated light. Therefore, both manipulating and using natural light was an advantage that helped me capture beautiful pictures and portraits of my classmates.

“Light makes photography. Embrace light. Admire it. Love it. But above all, know light. Know it for all you are worth and you will know the key to photography.”
– George Eastman

I really like the picture of the bubbles the water! It has a lot of really nice cool and warm tones throughout the photo.
